Refund Policy

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

At Willcam Inc, we stand behind the quality of our eco-friendly cleaning services. If you're not completely satisfied, we offer a comprehensive 30-day refund policy.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

You may be eligible for a refund if:

  • You report dissatisfaction within 30 days of the service date
  • The service did not meet the standards outlined in your service agreement
  • We were unable to complete the scheduled service due to our error
  • You cancel a prepaid service package within the refund window

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us within 30 days of your service date
  2. Provide your name, service date, and reason for the refund request
  3. Allow us the opportunity to address your concerns first
  4. If still unsatisfied, submit a formal refund request

3. Our Resolution Process

Before processing a refund, we prefer to make things right. Our resolution process includes:

  • Re-cleaning: We will return to address any areas that did not meet your expectations at no additional cost.
  • Service Credit: We may offer credit toward future services as an alternative to a cash refund.
  • Full or Partial Refund: If re-cleaning or credit is not acceptable, we will process an appropriate refund.

4. Refund Amounts

Refund amounts are determined based on the circumstances:

  • Full Refund: If we failed to perform the service or the service was significantly below standards
  • Partial Refund: If only portions of the service were unsatisfactory
  • Prepaid Packages: Unused services will be refunded minus any services already rendered at the individual service rate

5. Processing Time

Once a refund is approved, please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to be processed and appear in your account. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the service. If the original payment method is no longer available, we will work with you to find an alternative solution.

6. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds may not be available in the following circumstances:

  • Requests made more than 30 days after the service date
  • Issues caused by factors outside our control (pet accidents after cleaning, immediate resoiling, etc.)
  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice (cancellation fees may apply)
  • Services that were completed as agreed but do not meet unrealistic expectations
  • Damage claims not reported within 48 hours of service

7. Recurring Service Agreements

For clients on recurring service agreements, you may cancel your agreement at any time with 7 days written notice. Any prepaid services will be refunded on a pro-rata basis. The 30-day satisfaction guarantee applies to each individual service within your agreement.

8. Disputes

If you disagree with our refund decision, you may request a review by our management team. Please submit your appeal in writing within 14 days of receiving our decision. We are committed to fair resolution of all disputes and will carefully consider all relevant factors.
