1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website or using the cleaning services provided by Willcam Inc ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

2. Services

Willcam Inc provides professional cleaning services including residential cleaning, commercial cleaning, deep cleaning, and green office programs. All services are performed using eco-friendly, natural products unless otherwise specified. Service details, including scope and pricing, will be confirmed prior to commencement of work.

3. Booking and Scheduling

When booking our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about your property and cleaning needs
• Ensure safe and reasonable access to the premises at the scheduled time
• Notify us of any hazardous conditions, pets, or special requirements
• Be available or designate a representative for the initial consultation

4. Cancellation Policy

We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service cost. Repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in termination of service agreements.

5. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise arranged. We accept major credit cards, checks, and electronic payments. For recurring service agreements, payment terms will be established in your service contract. Late payments may be subject to a service charge of 1.5% per month on outstanding balances.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our service, please contact us within 24 hours of service completion. We will return to address any concerns at no additional charge. This guarantee does not apply to issues caused by factors outside our control.

7. Liability and Insurance

Willcam Inc is fully bonded and insured. In the unlikely event of damage to your property during our services, we will work with you to resolve the issue promptly. Please report any damage within 48 hours of service. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or damage caused by defective items.

8. Access and Security

If you provide keys or access codes to your property, we will take reasonable precautions to keep them secure. We recommend that you are present or have a representative present during the first cleaning. We are not responsible for any security breaches that occur outside of our scheduled service times.

9. Health and Safety

Our cleaning staff have the right to refuse service if they encounter unsafe conditions, including but not limited to hazardous materials, aggressive pets, or hostile environments. We comply with all applicable health and safety regulations and expect our clients to maintain safe premises.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Willcam Inc and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Willcam Inc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Alabama, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Jefferson County, Alabama.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
